Pulp Cthulhu

I don't know what it is about the summer time that always puts me in a Pulp mood. Its this time of year I usually bust out my copies of Indiana Jones to have on as background noise while play games like Fortune and Glory, Diamant or even Arkham Horror the Card Game. For today I want to talk about two games that bring the pulp like a .38 Special slug to the chest.

Pulp Cthulhu takes the greatest roleplaying game of all time and injects it with the luminous toxin from D.O.A (1950) for a large jolt of two-fisted action and adventure in their conspiracies and investigations against the Mythos. A supplement, an adventure, and a ruleset the book offers everything you could need to give your Cthulhu night sessions a bit more flair. There is something about the longer days and more sunlight that just makes me want to pick up my copy of Fortune and Glory, invite a couple of friends over for a few beers and play a long glorious adventure of heroes vs the Organized Crime or Nazis. Fortune and Glory is a game where players play as heroes going on dangerous missions to uncover and retrieve lost artifacts from all over the globe before the evil organizations the world pits you against beats you at the same. A dice-filled rollercoaster of intrepid fun its one not to miss out on.
