Brädspelstider!

Nothing brings on lethargy quite like bad weather. I know when I can't be bothered to leave the house I love to stay in and play Board Games with my girlfriend, slowly nipping away at that massive pile of unplayed games (Sushi Go, Ravens of Thri Sahashri), that currently occupies the greater part of our closet. Other times we retreat to the safety and reliability of games we've played well over a dozen times like Star Realms and Patchwork.

For another perspective: Game length can sometimes be a perk in itself. If you actually do have the time, a long game grows in complexity and depth. So if you're completely snowed in, why not give Twilight Imperium a spin? Game of Thrones or combine several seasons of  Zombicide with expansions into one big megagame? Alternatively, engage in some campaign play with one of our Legacy games – Risk, Pandemic or SeaFall? Let it snow as much as it likes, outside, while you sip on a nice brew and commit for the long term.
