Vincent Price stars in this 1960s film based on Jules Verne's Robur the Conqueror and its sequel Master of the World. Scientist Prudent (Henry Hull) and his team, who are investigating a volcanic crater in a hot air balloon, are taken captive by airship captain Robur (Price). Robur is on a mission to instill world peace but is using violent methods to do so.
