En trovärdig värld full av intriger och mysterier omger legoknektarna Dhulyn och Parno. Dhulyn är en före detta slav som bär på en övernaturlig siargåva. Parno är en ädling i landsflykt. De arbetar för ett legokompani som skickar ut dem på diverse uppdrag, ofta för att eskortera eller rädda någon.
