A young man sees a dead woman, dancing in a club with her ex-husband. The perfect imposter, stepping into her old life and living it. Is this a shapeshifter, a memory, a ghost? Where did it come from, and how did it choose her? Meanwhile, something deadly is tearing its way through his friend group. One is found dead, strangled inside his entirely locked apartment. Another hears voices promising him he can fly. Another brings his pet cat back from the dead. And the locked box of secrets at the center of it all is buried deep, where no one will ever find it.
