The Woman on Fire

A string of mysterious fires tears through a housing block. The insurance company denies all claims, pointing to faulty wiring, abandoned candles, and general mismanagement as the simple cause. But survivors from the fires tell a different story. They claim to have seen a woman made of fire walking down the hallway, spreading the blaze to whatever she touches. Who is she, and how did she get here? All the residents of this building have something to hide, and something to gain. Was there ever really a phantom at all, or is there something more sinister lurking behind this serial arson?
