Loving a Witch is Totally Foolish

Ava McGuire should be dealing with moving on after her devastating breakup the right way: a lot of alcohol, a healthy amount of rage and grieving the life she though she'd have. But with all the supernatural activity in Chicago, discovering she is a witch and a certain handsome but troubled vampire sleeping on her couch, it's the last thing on her mind. Vampire Valen was held captive for longer than he can fathom. Freedom is new to him, and so is the human world. As Ava helps Valen unpack why he was taken prisoner, the chemistry between them is palpable. He might not know much but there is one thing that he is absolutely certain of: Ava is his mate. With the help of all their friends, the two start to uncover what is going on in the city. But soon Ava begins to wonder whether she might be the key to it all.
