This story is about the serious and diligent student council president Miaki Owmori, and his mysterious and self-paced classmate, Kaigetsu Mizuo. The two share a common hobby of "late-night radio". Mimei, who wants to be funny, secretly posts to the Okiri corner of the program. In the midst of this comes a revelation about the true identity of the listener "Eel Potato". As fellow listeners the two starts to connect on a personal level too. Youth radio love comedy.
