Simon Wincer directs this action adventure starring Billy Zane and Kristy Swanson. In the 16th century a boy orphaned by pirates in the Bengalla jungles adopts the identity of the Phantom, an unkillable foe of evil. His modern descendant is Kit Williams (Zane) who must prevent the evil tycoon Xander Drax (Treat Williams) from getting his hands on the legendary skulls of Touganda.
