Low-budget US action horror. Towards the end of the Second World War, German scientists were working to create a monstrous shark with Frankenstein's heart and brain before the project was terminated by the Nazis. 60 years later, someone has gained control of the terrible creature and takes the shark on a devastating killing spree.
